JAMES P. OSTRENGA, M.D., F.A.C.C. ~
Dr. Ostrenga was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in the western suburbs
of Chicago. He attended Western Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. After graduating
from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Dr. Ostrenga completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Hines V.A.
Hospital. Dr. Ostrenga was Co-Chief Cardiology Fellow during his cardiology training at Loyola University Medical Center.
He held a teaching position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Loyola University for several years after completing
his training there. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiolgy. Dr. Ostrenga is an interventional cardiologist
and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular
Disease. In 1982, Dr. Ostrenga started his private practice of Cardiology in Naperville, Illinois. He founded Cardiovascular Consultants of Naperville in
1988 and continues as President
of that corporation.
Dr. Ostrenga has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and President of the Medical
Staff. Currently, Dr. Ostrenga is Chairman of the Edward Hospital By-Laws Committee. He is also a member of the Department
of Medicine Credentialing Sub-Committee at Edward Hospital and he has been the Medical Director of the Cardiographics Department
at Edward Hospital since 1988.

MARK R. OTTOLIN, M.D., F.A.C.C. ~
Dr. Ottolin was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois and was raised in Wheaton,
Illinois. Dr. Ottolin graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. After receiving his M.D. from the University of Illinois, College
of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Ottolin remained at the University of Illinois Medical Center for his Internal Medicine Residency.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Ottolin is an interventional cardiologist and is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.
After completing his Cardiology
Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in 1985, Dr. Ottolin started private practice with a group on the North Side
of Chicago. He was a teaching Attending Physician at St. Joseph Hospital and
Grant Hospital in Chicago.
In 1988, Dr. Ottolin joined Cardiovascular Consultants of Naperville where he enhanced
the interventional capabilities of the group. After receiving special training in France, he initiated a pacemaker implantation
program in 1992.
Dr. Ottolin has served as Director
of Cardiology at Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora, Illinois. He has served on the Critical Care Committee and was a member
of the Cath Lab Replacement Task Force at both Edward Hospital and Copley Memorial Hospital.

SHARON L. CLINE, M.D., F.A.C.C. ~
Dr. Cline was raised in Westchester, Illinois. Dr. Cline graduated from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and she received her M.D. from Rush Medical
College in Chicago. After her Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin she was Chief Resident. She completed both her
General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University.
She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr.
Cline is an interventional cardiologist and is Board Certified in Internal
Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Cline has received several awards and recognition for academic and clinical achievements. She has been involved
in several research and academic presentations.

SUJITH J. KALATHIVEETIL, M.D., F.A.C.C. ~
Dr. Kalathiveetil was raised in the western suburbs of Chicago and is
a graduate of the University of Illinois. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the Chicago Medical School. Dr. Kalathiveetil completed his residency in Internal Medicine
at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri and
is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr.
Kalathiveetil completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular
Disease at Washington University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Kalathiveetil
is an invasive cardiologist and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, Adult
Comprehensive Echocardiography and Cardiovascular CT.
Dr. Kalathiveetil received House Staff Leadership and Teaching awards while
at Washington University School of
Medicine. He was Chief Resident at John
Cochran VA Medical Center at Washington University School of Medicine from 2004-2005.
